Who owns the source code
Ownership is written into the contract
A fast MVP is still your product. The contract states that the source code and project documentation belong to you, and we record that before development starts.
The first version uses an ordinary stack: Flutter or a web framework, a standard backend, and accounts you control. The product is yours to keep, extend, or move.
What handover includes
When the three weeks end, you can continue with Inu-apps, hire another team, or pause. The repository, documentation, and accesses are part of the milestones.
Handover is a deliverable, recorded next to the scope and the payment stages. You leave with the code that runs the product.
