Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Brij N Co Pty Ltd (ABN 12 680 205 814) provides Inu-apps services ("we", "us", "our") and how we handle personal information when you visit inu-apps.com, contact us, or become a client.
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
1. Who we are and how to contact us
Brij N Co Pty Ltd. Inu-apps services are provided by Brij N Co Pty Ltd.

Phone: 1800 957 469
Email for privacy matters: [email protected]
2. What personal information we collect
We only collect what we need.
Information you give us
- Contact form and emails: your name, email address and anything you include about your project. Please don't send sensitive information (for example health information) unless we specifically need it for a project.
- Phone, Telegram or WhatsApp: your name, number or username and the content of your messages, if you choose to contact us that way.
- Clients: business contact details, billing details, contract and project records, and access details you give us for project systems.
Information collected automatically when you use the website
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, referring page, pages viewed, time on page, and approximate location worked out from your IP address.
- Google Analytics 4: uses cookies and similar identifiers to measure visits and how the site is used.
- Yandex Metrika: uses cookies and similar identifiers to measure visits, clicks and link use. Its Webvisor feature records your session on the site — for example mouse movements, clicks, scrolling and the page content you see — so we can find usability problems. Contact-form fields are marked so keystrokes and the text in those fields are not recorded.
- Cloudflare: our hosting and security provider processes connection data (such as IP address) to deliver the site, protect it from attacks and log network errors.
- Google Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google's servers, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.
We don't knowingly collect personal information from children, and we don't buy personal information from third parties.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use them for analytics only. We don't use advertising or remarketing cookies.
| Provider | Purpose | Typical cookies |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | Visit statistics | _ga, _ga_<ID> |
| Yandex Metrika (incl. Webvisor) | Visit statistics, click map, session recording | _ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad, _ym_visorc and similar |
How to control them:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
- Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
- Yandex Metrika opt-out: https://yandex.com/support/metrica/general/opt-out.html
4. Why we use personal information
We use personal information to:
- reply to your enquiry and prepare estimates;
- enter into and perform contracts, including development, invoicing and support;
- run, secure and improve the website (including analysing how visitors use it);
- keep business, tax and accounting records we're legally required to keep;
- meet our legal obligations and handle disputes.
We don't sell personal information. We only send marketing emails if you agree to them, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option, as the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) requires.
We don't use personal information to make decisions about you by automated means that could significantly affect your rights or interests.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed with:
- our development team and contractors, who work remotely outside Australia (see section 6), to deliver your project;
- service providers that help us run the business: website hosting and security (Cloudflare), form delivery (Web3Forms), email (Google Gmail), analytics (Google, Yandex), messaging apps you choose to use (Telegram, WhatsApp), and our accountant and bank;
- professional advisers, regulators, or courts, where the law requires or allows it.
Our service providers may only use the information to provide their services to us.
6. Overseas disclosure
Some personal information is stored or processed outside Australia:
- Russia: our remote development team, who may see client contact details and project data they need for the work. Yandex Metrika data is processed by Yandex, including on servers in Russia.
- United States and other countries: Google (Analytics, Gmail, Fonts), Cloudflare (global network), Web3Forms (the service that delivers contact-form messages to our inbox), Telegram and WhatsApp (Meta) operate servers in several countries.
When we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to make sure it's handled in a way that's consistent with the APPs, for example through confidentiality obligations in our contractor agreements and by limiting access to what's needed. Overseas recipients may be subject to foreign laws, including laws that let authorities access information. If you'd rather not have your information processed overseas, tell us before sharing it, but we may not then be able to provide some services.
7. How we store and protect it
We keep personal information in secure cloud services with access controls and limit access to people who need it. No online transmission is completely secure, so if you think your information has been compromised, contact us straight away.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires (for example, tax records are generally kept for 5 years). After that we delete or de-identify it.
If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we'll notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) where the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme applies.
8. Access and correction
You can ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity. If we refuse a request, we'll explain why in writing, as the law requires.
9. Complaints
If you think we've breached the APPs, email [email protected] with details. We'll acknowledge your complaint and aim to respond within 30 days.
If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC):
- Website: https://www.oaic.gov.au
- Phone: 1300 363 992
10. Anonymity
You can browse the website without telling us who you are. To get an estimate or enter a contract we need your contact details, but you can use a pseudonym for a first general enquiry.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
